Our story, like a cake pop, is deliciously layered. In 2024, we met in Madrid and fell in love over platters of Jamon Iberico and on late night walks under the florescent-lit aisles of the Supermercado ... looking for the perfect functional treat. We never found it, so after moving back to the U.S., we decided to create it ourselves. Enter RICO Cake Pops. Gluten-free and made with 10g of protein, RICO Cake Pops are both functional and indulgent.
